Ministries for Personal Growth

At Gateway Community Church we recognize that we all grow and develop at different levels. Our small groups are designed for YOUR personal growth. Our groups are small, designed for interactive teaching, and conducted in a friendly non-threatening manner. Please join us at one or more of the following groups!

Windward Bound Women's Bible Study
Sundays, 8:15-9:30AM, before the worship service

We meet every Sunday morning in the classroom at the far end of the lower hallway (side door, basement level) We are currently in the process of reading through the Bible in chronological order. (Sounds stuffy but it's very exciting!!)  We are a "mixed bag" of women, of different ages, backgrounds and at different places in our faith walk. It has made for a rich variety of experience and perspective. We are always happy to see a new face! There are no strangers here...only friends who have not yet met. Please join us! For more information, contact Linda McCosker.

Men's Fellowship Group
Sundays, 8:15-9:30AM, before the worship service

The Men's Fellowship Group meets every Sunday morning in the basement classroom of the Williamson Free School Chapel building. (Come in the side door entrance on the bottom floor, first classroom on your left.) We are currently studying the book God Meant it for Good: The Life of Joseph. We have discussion, prayer requests, and a good time! All men are welcome; feel free to bring your friends! Contact Clay Henderson for more details.

R.O.U.N.D. Table Discussion
Sundays, 11:15-11:45 AM, following the worship service

"What does that message have to do with me?" Join us at the R.O.U.N.D. table (Relevant, Optimum, Understanding & Noteworthy Discussion) for an opportunity to dig deeper beyond the message. Join the pastor and others to discuss the message. You've listened to the message from the pastor, but you still have some questions and comments. Did something have special meaning to YOU? Well, this is your opportunity to join a discussion on the day's topic. This discussion will surely give you something to take with you for the week ahead. Contact Pastor Gary for more details.

Food for Thought - Young Adults Group
Meeting time varies (though it is frequently the 1st Sunday of the month).

The Food for Thought Group is Gateway's young adults group for the 20-30's. We have a great time of food, fellowship and thought-provoking discussion, often centered around a book or movie chosen by the group. Contact Matt Demos for more information.

Family Stone

We usually meet on either Tuesday or Wednesday night. We have been varying our schedule from week to week to work around the activities of the families in the group.)

We have dinner together each week, along with study, fellowship, and prayer. Free child care is provided.
